The Armory shall be used for, but not limited to, the following purposes:

Area, regional and statewide meetings and conventions.

B.
Science and trade fairs and expositions.

C.
Flower and garden shows.

D.
Automobile shows.

E.
Indoor athletic events of all types.

F.
