§ 2-794. Division of Engineering: annual inspection of bridges and public works.

Annual inspections and examinations of all the bridges and public works belonging to the City shall be made by the Division of Engineering. A report of their condition as to safety or need of removal or repairs, as the Director of Community Maintenance shall deem necessary, shall be made to the Mayor and the City Council on or before February 1 of each year.
