§ 2-792. Division of Engineering: street inspectors.

Those personnel whose primary responsibilities are to inspect City street and/or sidewalk construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, repair and permit excavation shall operate from within the Engineering Division. They shall avail themselves of the expertise of the engineering personnel.
