§ 2-789. Employment of custodians, painters, plumbers and pipefitters.

The Division of Municipal Buildings within the Department of Community Maintenance shall employ custodians, painters, plumbers, pipefitters and subordinates, who shall render such services as may be required in the performance of the duties of the division.
