§ 2-721. Disposition of revenue from alarm service.

The Police Department shall be permitted to add all monies collected and generated by providing alarm service as provided in Chapter 22, Emergency Services, § 22-51, of the City Code to its allotted annual budget as provided by the Mayor and City Council, for the sole purpose of acquiring needed material and resources to improve the delivery of public safety services to the community.
